Tócio: an artisanal project turned into a business

Tócio is an artisanal bakery founded in Noale (VE) by Giulia Busato, baker and former MasterChef contestant, who transformed her vision of bread into a concrete entrepreneurial project.

In November 2023, Tócio was established as a laboratory with a retail space, quickly becoming one of the most interesting bakeries in the Veneto region, thanks to production based on natural fermentation, flour research and a strong focus on quality.

Today, Tócio is an all-female business, with a team of professionals from the restaurant industry who share values, expertise and a passion for baking.
