The course provides practical training in the key areas of banking and financial advisory services, developing skills to understand savings, investment and wealth management tools. Participants will learn the principles of financial literacy, how financial markets operate and the fundamentals of financial and retirement planning.

The training programme explores the main financial instruments, risk assessment, MiFID regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, with a particular focus on wealth protection and responsible financial management. Topics such as inflation, pensions, property investment and estate planning will also be covered.

Through an approach based on the analysis of real-world scenarios, participants will develop skills in financial planning and understanding client needs, while also exploring the principles of behavioural finance and the factors influencing savings and investment decisions.

All courses are free of charge, financed under the GOL Programme (guaranteed worker employability).

Participants attending at least 70% of scheduled hours will also receive a participation bonus paid directly by INPS.
