Participants will learn the fundamentals of viticulture and production, tasting techniques and professional service methods.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe training programme explores <b>sensory analysis, the main types of wines and key Italian and international wine regions, with a focus on food and wine pairing techniques and wine list development<\/b>.
