Our client operates in the import and export of high-quality fresh fruit and vegetables, with a well-established commercial network across Europe and overseas markets.

Profile:

To strengthen the warehouse team, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative belonging to the Protected Categories (Art. 1, Italian Law 68/99).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage and organisation of goods while maintaining the company’s quality and safety standards.

Tasks:

• Load and unload fresh fruit and vegetables, including the use of a forklift where required;
• Organise and store goods within the designated warehouse areas;
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the working environment;
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Requirements:

• Registration with the Protected Categories employment lists (Art. 1, Italian Law 68/99);
• Good command of the Italian language;
• Availability to work overtime when required;
• Good teamwork and organisational skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage operational priorities.

Working hours:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 3:00 am – 10:00 am; Saturday, 3:00 am – 8:00 am.

Type of contract:

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €21,000–€22,000
The position is classified at Level 6 under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce Sector – Confcommercio (CNEL Code H011).
