Profile:

To strengthen the Technical Department, we are looking for a Field Service Technician to join the Service Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of industrial machinery and equipment, working closely with the internal technical team and external partners. The role involves frequent travel throughout Italy and abroad.

Tasks:

• Carry out installation, maintenance and technical service activities on industrial machinery and equipment;
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults and malfunctions;
• Perform commissioning, testing and operational inspections;
• Deliver customer training and provide technical support during and after installation;
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical engineering;
• Good command of English (intermediate level);
• Availability to travel frequently, approximately 250 days per year;
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills.

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Type of contract:

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €25,000–€27,000
The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry (CNEL Code C011).
