GOL Programme – Employment policies

GOL Programme – Employment policies

The GOL Programme (guaranteed employability of workers) is a national employment policy measure for unemployed persons, aiming to facilitate their employment through the provision of free and customised services.

BGF Group is accredited for employment services by Fondazione Consulenti per il Lavoro, and supports beneficiaries of the GOL Programme along a concrete and structured pathway to improve their employability.

To access the programme, candidates apply to their local jobs centre (Centro per l’Impiego), which will conduct an initial assessment interview and direct the candidate towards the most suitable pathway. At this stage, interested parties can indicate BGF Group as the provider of GOL Programme activities.

Choosing BGF Group means being able to depend on an experienced, attentive and concrete team that is able to help each job seeker grow through tailor-made paths and direct and constant contact. We work with local companies and professionals every day, building real bridges between labour supply and demand.

What we do:

  • We welcome GOL Programme beneficiaries sent by job centres.
  • We offer specialised guidance and support in defining a customised career path.
  • We create vocational training and skills upgrading courses.
  • We support candidates in actively seeking work and in applying for available opportunities.
  • We connect candidates with companies looking for candidates like them, facilitating hiring.
  • We work with local public authorities to promote the hiring of people facing challenging life situations.
  • We create business opportunities for users by helping them on the path to self-entrepreneurship.
