Our client operates in the maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial vehicles, providing technical assistance and specialist repair services both at its workshop and directly at customer premises.

Profile:

We are looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join the workshop team and strengthen the technical department responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance, replacing mechanical components and diagnosing faults, working both at the company’s workshop and at customer premises through daily travel within the region.

Tasks:

• Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance on industrial vehicles;
• Replace mechanical components;
• Diagnose faults using specialist diagnostic equipment (TEXA);
• Perform technical maintenance and repair work at customer premises through daily travel;
• Check that vehicles are functioning correctly following maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in Mechatronics or a related field (preferred);
• Previous experience, even if limited, in mechanical maintenance and repair of industrial or automotive vehicles;
• Willingness to travel daily within the region;
• Familiarity with TEXA electronic diagnostic equipment would be an advantage.

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime on Saturday mornings according to operational requirements.

Type of contract:

The position is classified at Level D1 under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry (CNEL Code C011), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €22,000, depending on experience and skills.
