Profile:

We are looking for a Junior Waiter/Waitress to join the front-of-house team, working closely with the Maître d’ and the rest of the staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for table service and welcoming guests throughout their dining experience. The position is also suitable for candidates with no previous experience in the restaurant industry, provided they are motivated to learn and develop professionally within the role.

Tasks:

• Work closely with the Maître d’ and the front-of-house team;
• Welcome and assist guests throughout the service;
• Provide table service;
• Prepare the dining area before service;
• Clear and tidy the dining area at the end of service;
• Work with the team to ensure an attentive, efficient and well-organised service.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Availability to work according to the restaurant’s service hours.

Working hours:

Tuesday to Saturday: evening service.
Sunday: lunch service.

Type of contract:

The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Public Establishments (CNEL Code H058).
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €20,000–€22,000, depending on experience and skills.
