Profile:

We are looking for a Junior Commis Chef to join the kitchen team, working alongside the Head Chef during food preparation and service.

The successful candidate will primarily support kitchen operations and food plating. The position is also suitable for candidates with no previous experience, provided they have an interest in the restaurant industry and are motivated to learn and develop professionally within the role.

Tasks:

• Work alongside and support the Head Chef during kitchen operations;
• Assist with food preparation;
• Provide support during service;
• Assist with plating and food presentation.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working hours:

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 1:00/2:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm/midnight. Sunday is limited to lunch service only. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Type of contract:

Employment under an Italian employment contract, governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Public Establishments (CNEL Code H058), with classification at Level 6 and a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €19,300.
