Our client company is a long-established business specialising in the design and manufacture of custom-made staircases, recognised in the industry for its high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Profile:

To support the company’s continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join the Technical and Sales Department, offering excellent opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will be involved in bespoke technical design, carrying out on-site surveys and working closely with both the technical and commercial teams.

Tasks:

• Carry out site surveys and take measurements at customer premises and construction sites;
• Develop bespoke technical designs based on project specifications;
• Prepare quotations and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process;
• Provide technical support during on-site installation activities;
• Assist with product sales and offer technical advice to customers.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (Surveying, Technical Engineering or an equivalent qualification) or equivalent education;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for site visits and surveys;
• Flexibility to accommodate operational requirements.

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Type of contract:

Initial internship with the aim of long-term employment upon successful completion.

• Monthly internship allowance: €500;
• Comprehensive on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support.
