The course is designed for people wanting to acquire skills ranging from personnel search and selection to the administrative management of labour relations.
The course will cover major HR activities: from staffing needs planning to employment management.
Types of contracts, administrative procedures and payroll processing will be explored in depth, with a view to guaranteeing legal compliance.

All courses are held in person and are free of charge, financed under the GOL Programme (guaranteed worker employability).

Participants attending at least 70% of scheduled hours will also receive a participation bonus paid directly by INPS.
