Our client operates in the distribution and service sector for the HO.RE.CA. industry, providing dedicated solutions to bars, restaurants, hotels and other professional businesses.

Profile:

We are looking for a HO.RE.CA. Sales Representative to join the sales team, with the aim of strengthening the company’s commercial presence across the assigned territory and expanding its customer portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and managing and developing relationships with existing clients, directly overseeing the various stages of the sales process: from presenting the company’s solutions and negotiating commercial terms through to installing equipment at customer premises.

Tasks:

• Identify and acquire new customers, particularly bars, restaurants, hotels and offices;
• Present commercial solutions and advise customers on the most suitable options for their needs;
• Manage commercial negotiations;
• Install equipment at customer premises;
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers;
• Identify and develop upselling opportunities within the existing customer base;
• Develop sales opportunities and manage the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a commercial and/or sales role;
• Strong results-driven approach;
• Determination and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Ability to independently organise sales activities across the assigned territory;
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Working hours:

Full-time, with working hours organised according to business requirements and scheduled customer appointments.

Type of contract:

The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce Sector (CNEL Code H011), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of €23,000–€26,000, depending on experience and skills.
