Our client is a leading company specialising in the maintenance and repair of machine tools, with over thirty years of industry experience. Operating to the highest technical standards, the company provides qualified services throughout Italy and also supports international clients.

Profile:

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join the production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine tools, carrying out machining operations and ensuring the quality of finished components while working closely with the production department.

Tasks:

• Prepare tooling and set up CNC machines;
• Position and align workpieces and configure CNC machine settings;
• Carry out machining operations in accordance with technical specifications;
• Inspect finished components and collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred);
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
• Availability to work overtime when required.

Working hours:

Full-time, working on a two-shift pattern: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm/2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Type of contract:

Permanent employment contract.
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €25,000–€30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Artisan Metalworking Sector (CNEL Code C030).
