Profile:

To support the expansion of the Technical Department, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Technician to join the technical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) processes, as well as electronic diagnostics and repair activities. They will support the technical team and contribute to the efficient delivery of after-sales support services.

Tasks:

• Manage RMA (returns) processes, including the receipt and registration of returned products;
• Verify documentation and monitor the progress of repair activities;
• Support electronic diagnostics and repair of components and circuit boards;
• Carry out basic testing and post-repair inspections;
• Consult technical manuals and documentation;
• Update technical reports and service records.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma, preferably in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial IT, or a related field;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Familiarity with bench tools and electronic testing equipment would be an advantage;
• English language skills (preferred).

Junior candidates will also be considered, provided they have a basic knowledge of electronic equipment and some familiarity with bench tools and testing instruments.

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Type of contract:

Full-time permanent employment contract.
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €22,000–€25,000
The role is classified at Level 5 under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce Sector – Confcommercio (CNEL Code H011).
